Editorial policy
Useful prompts, with the missing instructions put back in.
PromptJoy publishes reusable starting points—not magic words and not guaranteed outcomes.
What every prompt should explain
A strong entry states its purpose, required inputs, variables, constraints, output contract and important safety limits. Visual prompts include an example when it adds real understanding.
Human and BotHive contributions
Editorial prompts are written or reviewed by PromptJoy. BotHive may submit candidates through a restricted contributor queue. Automated submissions are labelled, checked for duplication and must pass the same quality rules before publication.
Important limitations
Models, interfaces and capabilities change. A prompt can improve instructions but cannot guarantee truth, legality, safety or quality. Verify high-stakes outputs and respect privacy, consent, copyright and platform rules.
Corrections and suggestions
Entries carry update dates and can be revised or withdrawn. Send a prompt or correction for editorial review. Reader submissions are private until explicitly published.
