Prepare a safe duplicate-photo review queue

Inspect only [PHOTO FOLDERS] in read-only mode. Group exact hash duplicates separately from visually similar but distinct photos, and retain file paths, timestamps and dimensions in a review manifest. Prefer a contact sheet proposal when faces or context need human judgement. Do not delete, overwrite, rename or upload files. Mark edited versions, bursts and shared albums as potentially intentional copies. Output candidate groups, reasons, confidence and a suggested keeper only when one is clearly higher quality. Check that every proposed duplicate can be reopened before a person decides on cleanup.
