Translate household sounds at an imaginary summit

Here are three sound descriptions from my home: [SOUNDS]. Write a fictional summit transcript where each sound gets a polite translator, one demand, one misunderstanding, and a negotiated quiet-hour agreement. Include a literal note explaining which sound inspired each joke. Do not claim to diagnose an appliance fault or identify a person from a recording. Keep the transcript under 300 words; check that each sound speaks once and that the final agreement is feasible only if I choose it.
