Rewrite [INSTRUCTIONS] for [AUDIENCE] as a brief spoken sequence of no more than three actions at a time. Add pauses, one demonstration cue, a non-judgmental teach-back question and a written or pictorial equivalent. Include a branch for a listener who needs repetition or translation. Preserve exact safety conditions and do not simplify away a warning. Provide a facilitator script and a checklist for observing success. Check that the listener can identify the first action without recalling a long paragraph.
