Make peer feedback specific and kind

For the [ASSIGNMENT], [RUBRIC] and [SAMPLE WORK], make a peer-feedback form with one observed strength, one question, one improvement suggestion and a specific evidence pointer for each. Model a respectful comment on a fictional example, clearly labelled fictional. Avoid judging personality, effort or identity. Include a short author reflection step and a rule for disagreements with the rubric. Check that each feedback prompt can be answered from the work itself and that suggestions are small enough to act on in one revision.
