Create a moving-box index that survives unpacking

Design a packing index for [ROOMS] and [MOVE DATE] using the user's [ESSENTIAL ITEMS]. Assign a short box ID format, destination room, broad contents, fragility level and first-night priority. Make a printable label template and a searchable table, but avoid listing valuables on the outside of boxes. Include a separate hand-carry list for documents, medication and keys. Do not invent addresses or removal-company arrangements. Check that every essential item has a planned location and that the box ID remains unique if several people pack at once.
