Put expiry dates on plan assumptions

Inputs: [PLAN], [KEY ASSUMPTIONS], [DECISION DATE]. For each assumption specify evidence, owner, check date and the decision affected if it fails. Prioritise assumptions with high impact and poor evidence. Output: An assumption register and check calendar. Check: No assumption is labelled verified without a cited observation. If essential information is missing, identify it rather than filling the gap with a guess. Put a concrete observable trigger beside each date, because dates alone do not validate assumptions.
