Define what stays out of a project sprint

Inputs: [SPRINT OUTCOME], [BACKLOG], [DEADLINE]. Sort items into necessary, optional and explicitly deferred. State the consequence of admitting each deferred item and a reopen trigger. Output: A freeze list, trade-off note and review date. Check: Necessary items directly support the stated outcome; deferred items have owners. If essential information is missing, identify it rather than filling the gap with a guess. Show the cost of reopening a deferred item in time, capacity or displaced work.
