Find blind spots in a source list

Review [SOURCE LIST] for a report on [TOPIC]. Classify each source by first-hand evidence, expertise, geography, date, independence and possible incentive. Identify repeated reliance on the same underlying dataset or press release. Suggest missing perspectives only where they could change the answer, and prioritise primary documents over additional commentary. Return a source map, a short 'confidence changed by this' note and the next three retrievals. Do not dismiss a source solely for its identity or claim bias without evidence; describe the specific limitation.
