Write a two-minute fictional community-radio broadcast from [IMAGINARY PLACE] on [ORDINARY DAY]. The place has one unusual rule: [RULE]. Reveal the rule naturally through weather, transport, a small advert, a listener message and a closing music cue rather than explaining it directly.

Provide a timed script for one host and one caller, sound-bed layers, two distinctive local phrases whose meaning becomes clear in context, and a production plan using original or licensed sounds. Include a plain transcript and mark the station and place as fiction. The humour should arise from the residents treating the strange rule as normal, not from mocking a real culture.

Keep audio cues short and mixable. Do not imitate a real presenter, emergency alert tone or actual station identity.
