Animate a still photo without changing the person

Animate the supplied still image into a [DURATION]-second [ASPECT RATIO] clip. Keep every person's identity, facial features, age, skin tone, clothing, position and proportions unchanged. Preserve all text, logos, architecture and object positions.

Allow only plausible motion: [SUBJECT MOTION], [ENVIRONMENT MOTION] and a restrained [CAMERA MOVE]. Define what remains perfectly still. Movement should start gently, peak once and settle into a final frame suitable for a clean loop or cut. Maintain the source light direction, shadows, lens perspective and depth of field. If hair, fabric, water or foliage moves, its direction must match the implied wind or force.
