Prompt

For an original fictional story about [CONFLICT] in [SETTING], write a 250-word shared opening that establishes one small choice. Then write two 180-word endings, one for each choice, using the same cast and available facts. Neither ending may introduce a new rescue character or secret object. Finish with a beat table tracing setup, choice, consequence, and payoff for both. Check that each ending can be reached from the opening without rewriting earlier events.
