Find the denominator hiding in a chart

Given [CHART OR TABLE], identify every percentage, rate and comparison. For each, write the numerator, denominator, time period, excluded records and whether the displayed scale allows a fair comparison. Recalculate only when raw values are provided; otherwise state exactly what is missing. Produce a corrected caption, a list of possible misleading readings and three verification questions for the analyst. Do not call a chart deceptive solely because it is incomplete. Return an audit table and a short reader-facing explanation in plain language.
