Prompt

Audit [SURVEY QUESTIONS] and [RECRUITMENT METHOD] for coverage, wording, order and nonresponse bias. Build a map of people likely to be included, excluded or pressured into answering. For each major risk, suggest a low-cost correction or a cautious reporting sentence. Create one revised question and explain why it is less leading. Return a survey-quality matrix and a publication caveat. Do not infer population prevalence from a convenience sample. If counts, response rate or sampling frame are missing, list them as needed inputs rather than filling in estimates.
